This place was lit af!!! Me and my hg sung two songs! After 12am it does die down. But drink are good and the ladies there are very friendly. 100% recommend for a girls night out

In from out of town and came here for Karaoke. That side of the building was crammed, so we stayed for the live band. The band was interactive and fun, and by the end of the night, the 7 of us agreed it was by far the best bar we’ve ever been to and wished our city had one of these. Come here for the best night of your life!

Came here with my family. Stayed a couple hours in the karaoke section while drinking. JR (our bartender) was wonderful with service, taking orders promptly and being overall friendly. He was also a great singer encouraging us to partake in the karaoke. Wonderful vibes of the place. Since it was around Xmas the bar was decorated on the ceiling with lights and ornaments and a bunch of garland. There are funny signs along the walls. If you’re looking for a fun time rather with family, friends or even yourself I recommend here!

I recently celebrated my birthday here with some friends and oh my gosh was it the best decision we could have made. We were there from 4:30pm-2:15am and had the time of our lives! The drinks, cheese curds, loaded French fries, and incredible staff made the evening unforgettable. Not only is there bumping live band karaoke but downstairs there is a pool table, table shuffleboard, and a massive scrabble game. I would celebrate my birthday again here in a heartbeat but truthfully would come again for any random night out. Great location, reasonably priced for everything downtown, 10/10 recommend!

A true GEM OF A PLACE. From door staff to bartenders to talent. Equipped with 3 rooms with Karaoke, live music upstairs and pool table downstairs. Something for everyone. Check out wed night 80s band. The very finest!!

We were in Chicago for a night and took a stroll around the city. This place was literally right around the corner from our hotel. Went in for just a few minutes because the place was packed!! We couldn't even get to the bar for a drink. This place has two sections, one for a love band (Funk band this evening) and karaoke on the other side. Really nice place. Great music and good vibes. However, it must've been a Millennial/Gen Z night on the karaoke side. Nonetheless, it was a great place.

We came from out of town this weekend and had an awesome experience here! It was a Sunday night so not super busy but the karaoke is 7days/week. Our family was one of the only groups on the karaoke side of the bar for a bit, and our bartender JR was absolutely amazing. He sang some songs himself (we were impressed!) and made sure our every need was met while we were there. We had planned on ending the night at another bar after stopping for a drink here and decided to stay because it was such a great time. He was so attentive and friendly with us, it was an experience we’ll never forget. Drinks were delicious and the service was even better. Thank you JR and Mom’s Place for showing us a great time! We’ll be back here 100% the next time we visit!!

Went early afternoon on a Friday looking for a chill dive bar with a good beer selection. It wasn’t busy and the place had a nice vibe to get out of the cold and have a drink. JR was working the bar and made us feel very comfortable and gave good drink recommendations he definitely made us feel welcome and our friends ended up joining because of that
